2. INTERNSHIP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conception:

4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS LEARNT FROM THE INTERNSHIP
Through the internship at Gold Star Trading and Services Ltd as well as the presentation of the “Report on the harvest of internship”, I myself have gained a good understanding of the secretarial profession. Through the actual work done at the agency and the observations of the actual situation I have acquired a lot of good experience by myself. Also through this time I was acquainted with the working style of an office worker, behavior in the relationship. At the same time with the enthusiastic help of the staffs in the office helped me complete this practice.
5. SHORTFALLS IN KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Like other trainees, the traineeship is 16 weeks, from the 15th May 2018 to the 16th September 2018. This is an important stage, which is the basis for the office staff before entering the workplace.
